We are always looking for efficient experienced staff to work in all our establishments especially contract work during our busy high season when we take people on for a minimum period of 3 months.

Permanent contract opportunities can arise for those with adequate relevant experience and a genuine interest in building a career in the hospitality business.

Fully Trained & Experienced Waiters:  Required for The Lookout Restaurant & La Jolie Brise Pizzeria / Jacob's Bar

Experienced Bar Staff:  Required for Jacob's Bar (food & beverage service experience is essential)

Front Office Staff:  Required for The Waterfront Hotel Reception (preferably those with experience in food & beverage service who will not have a problem helping out in different departments)
