The Waterfront, Baltimore, is a relaxed family run establishment comprising of rooms, 3 restaurants and a bar.  It is owned by the Jacob family who look forward to welcoming you during your trip to the beautiful Baltimore village in the South West of Ireland.

In summer 2008 the guesthouse opened 5 new spacious bedrooms,  central reception area, bar and restaurant onto 8 existing rooms to form The Waterfront.  The Waterfront is made up of The Waterfront Guesthouse, Jacob’s Bar, The LookOut Restaurant and is associated to our family budget restaurant, La Jolie Brise Pizza & Grill as well as our famous Chez Youen Seafood Restaurant.

The Waterfront as its name suggests is located in the heart of Baltimore village and enjoys stunning views of Baltimore Bay and harbour from its vantage point within the sheltered village square.

All rooms are en-suite and are built to the highest specifications.  Rooms are pleasantly decorated with a scattering of antique and contemporary furniture. 

Our aim is to combine the charm and relaxed atmosphere of West Cork and Baltimore with affordable and comfortable up to date accommodation for all the family to enjoy.

In fine weather enjoy dinning al fresco.  Walk next door to find a variety of pubs and restaurants including our very own Jacob’s bar & LookOut Restaurant with its 25 foot panoramic window overlooking the bay or treat yourself to a seafood extravaganza in our long established Chez Youen Seafood Restaurant that celebrates 30 years in business this year.
